1 - Purpose


This document establishes the pre-contractual information related to contracts concluded at a distance on the website www.lisarco.pt, referred to in Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February , and all subdomains / sub-websites. The domain www.lisarco.pt is owned by Lisarco, Lda., Headquartered at the Industrial Complex of Granja, lot M Armazém F 2625-607 Vialonga, legal person n ° 502977051, which is also its registration number at the Registry Office Comercial de Lisboa, with a registered capital of € 100,000.00, hereinafter referred to as Lisarco. Lisarco reserves the right to freely modify this pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice. Both the navigation through the website www.lisarco.pt, its subdomains and sub-websites, as well as the purchase of any product at those addresses, presupposes the acceptance of the present information and General Conditions of Use contained in this page.

6.6 Processing and delivery of the order


Deliveries of orders made online will be made to the delivery / shipping address indicated in the respective order. Returns for transport damage: All items are delivered in safe packaging. If you detect external damage to the product packaging, you must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also referring to that damage in the document proving delivery. If you find any non-conformity or defect in the item you purchased, you must report it to Lisarco within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from from the date you detected it, by contacting our Customer Service line   351 219 731 302. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by our logistic partners or situations beyond our control.

7 - Guarantee


Articles sold by Lisarco at www.lisarco.pt, are covered by the legal guarantee regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of 8 April, with changes introduced by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of 21 May. Returns for transport damage - If you detect any anomaly or damage caused by transporting the item you ordered, you must report it to our helpline. The guarantee is valid only when the equipment is installed by a company / technician certified under paragraph 1 of article 7 and paragraph 1 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 145/2017, of 30 November. The warranty applies to the parts of the installed equipment, and does not cover the travel of technicians or the labor required to replace the parts. The warranty given by the Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin and Mídea brands is three years, against duly proven manufacturing defects. The warranty given by the brands Hitachi, Haier, Haice, LG, General, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Sharp and Panasonic is two years, against duly proven manufacturing defects.


8 - Returns


8.1 Right of free withdrawal:


The consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day he acquires physical possession of the goods or the day he acquires physical possession of the last item, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to return your order, and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014 , of February 14. You can do this as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up. 8.2 Returns Policy Lisarco.pt (online store):


If you purchased an item on www.lisarco.pt, you have 14 days to return your order. You can do this as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service Line  351 219 731 302, for information on shipping procedures. It is not possible to ship the item to Lisarco without prior contact with the Customer Support Line. The conditions of return are as follows: - Items with no sign of misuse; - Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition; Return Term: Up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery. In the case of a return, the administrative costs of 100 € (One Hundred Euros) will be charged to the customer, plus the respective transport costs.

11 - Liability


Lisarco is not responsible for damages resulting from any computer viruses or any other situations to which it is alien and which prevent access and correct functioning of the www.lisarco.pt domain as well as services available on it. Lisarco declines any responsibility in the selection of equipment by the customer when ordering, stating that the customer must have the appropriate advice.


12 - Applicable legislation


The present general conditions and all contracts that may be concluded under the same are governed by Portuguese law.


13 - Alternative Dispute Resolution
